Utah Stem Cells & USC MedSpa is a physician-led clinic in Sandy, Utah, offering regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, medical aesthetics, sexual wellness, weight management and IV wellness — all under one roof. Our approach is honest and evidence-informed: we help patients restore function, improve mobility and look and feel their best, without overpromising.
Medical Director
William “Bill” Cimikoski, MD
Dr. Cimikoski is the Medical Director of Utah Stem Cells and a Medical Toxicologist who completed seven years of residency and fellowship training in Emergency Medicine and Medical Toxicology. He specializes in stem cell joint regeneration, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical aesthetics and medical weight loss.
He trained at Brown University, completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Georgia Health Sciences University and Albany Medical Center, and a Critical Care fellowship in Medical Toxicology at Penn State University.
Having personally experienced multiple orthopedic injuries and surgeries as a competitive athlete, Dr. Cimikoski understands first-hand the profound impact joint pain can have on quality of life. Today he combines that experience with advanced regenerative protocols to help patients return to the activities they love.

International Consultant
Barbara Lorenzin, MD
Dr. Lorenzin is an Italian physician with more than 25 years of experience in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. Internationally recognized for her expertise, she has served as a speaker, trainer and educator in advanced aesthetic procedures and regenerative therapies throughout Europe.
As International Consultant to Utah Stem Cells, she brings a uniquely European perspective — combining innovation, artistry and evidence-based medicine — contributing to clinical education, strategic development and international collaboration. She is currently pursuing U.S. medical licensure.
Dr. Lorenzin currently serves in an international consulting capacity and does not independently provide medical treatment or direct patient care in the United States pending completion of applicable U.S. licensure requirements.
